Quick reference for everyday users and group admins.

User guide

• Sign in: use Google or email and password, then complete your profile and choose a unique nickname.
• Profile: complete name and optional details in My Account.
• Join groups: use an invite token/link or request access from the group card.
• Switch groups: open Groups and tap the target group card.
• Events: view calendar, join/leave attendance, open event details.
• Chat: send messages/images, react, open links.
• Announcements/Polls: read updates and vote in-app.
• Gallery: browse memories, filter photos, open fullscreen.
• Feedback: send bug reports or suggestions with an optional screenshot from Settings.

Admin guide

• Manage Events: create events, review suggestions, create polls.
• Groups & Members: manage groups, roles, join requests, invite links.
• Invite links: set expiry/max uses, create links, deactivate old links.
• Announcements: send notices to active group members.
• Notification settings: enable/disable group notification categories.
• Admin access: add/remove trusted admin emails for active group.
• Gallery upload: upload official group photos with date and tags.

Platform notes

• Android: full native support (recommended reference platform).
• iPhone: use the App Store build when public; Safari and Add to Home Screen remain available for the web app.
• Web/PWA: if interface looks old, follow the web update guide.
